The first step to a healthy body and mind is understanding the lifestyle choices that contribute to overall wellness; correct posture, balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress reduction are all important factors.

Peggy, founder of Body Dynamics, divides her time between Pilates Instruction and Muscular Therapy helping her students and clients achieve better health and balance.

Peggy is available for on-site workshops or training's. Some of the topics that she presents are "Pilates in the workplace, improve energy and reduce stress", " Pilate's, a back care workshop" and "Pilate's Basics, for fitness and health". Peggy is also available for private lessons.
