Basic Pilates MovesPilates is a system of exercise that is beneficial and enjoyable for men and women of all ages.

In this highly personal mind-body exercise system, each student will progress at his or her own rate. We focus on posture and balance, helping a student to stretch what is tight and strengthen what is weak.

All classes are designed for students with Pilates experience.

Class Fees  
$10.00 per class, drop-in A 9 WEEK SESSION.
All prepaid classes must be taken during this current session. No extensions or refunds.
$80.00 for 9 classes / prepaid
$165.00 for 18 classes / prepaid

Please bring your own mat and water. A stability ball is helpful, if attending a "props" class. Please modify as instructed. Work within your limits and enjoy!
