Basic Pilates MovesPilates is a system of exercise that is beneficial and enjoyable for men and women of all ages.

In this highly personal mind-body exercise system, each student will progress at his or her own rate. We focus on posture and balance, helping a student to stretch what is tight and strengthen what is weak.

Monday, 5:15 p.m. and Tuesday, 10:30 a.m.
45 minutes class

$8.00 drop-in fee

Learn what Pilates is all about in a fun and enjoyable class. Get the basics and get ready to jump into our Level 1 class.

Offered in September and October Only!

All classes are designed for students with Pilates experience.

Class Fees  
$10.00 per class, drop-in All classes must be taken within the current month. No extensions and no refunds.
$35.00 for 4 classes / prepaid
$70.00 for 8 classes / prepaid

Please bring your own mat and water. A stability ball is helpful, if attending a "props" class. Please modify as instructed. Work within your limits and enjoy!
